Michaela — or Kayla as we call her — has been part of Ran’s Pawfect Day from the very beginning. What started as helping behind the scenes naturally grew into something much more, and now she’s such a trusted part of the care we give.
Before this, Kayla spent years working in professional kitchens, eventually becoming a head chef. But over time, she realised she was craving something more grounded something closer to nature, slower, and more meaningful day to day.

Spending time around the dogs, learning their behaviour, and being part of their routines made everything click. Not just walking them, but really understanding them.

She brings a calm, patient energy into every visit, and follows the same approach we believe in no rushing, no pressure, just meeting each dog where they are. When Kayla is with your dog, you can expect the same level of care, attention, and thoughtful updates as you would from us.
